Ryan Kerner, JD, MBA joined Freedom Title in 2012 and now serves as President and General Counsel. He advises clients on complex title issues. In 2015, he purchased and led the revisioning of Freedom Title, which has led to 300% growth over a three-year time frame. As a seasoned attorney, Ryan’s primary areas of expertise include real estate law, securities transactions and corporate litigation.
